I launched two initiatives for Black Homeownership and Economic Empowerment.
The first still requires government approval, got stuck in bureaucracy and hidden behind the closed doors of protecting windfall profits for white owned financial institutions.

But to move forward with the first one, we must remove legal barriers that protect the status quo—and exploit we the people.
The second one is sitting here waiting for you and others to show up. Our community has cried out many years for solutions to oppressive policies and conditions, but all to often we fail to recognize or use the tools created by us to overcome the problems.
