Bad behavior
bad behavior and its consequences:
Jide was known in his school for being clever, but also for his bad behavior—he often bullied younger students, skipped classes, and disrespected teachers. One day, his actions caught up with him when he was caught cheating on a test. The principal called his parents, and Jide was suspended for a week.
During his suspension, Jide felt isolated and realized how his behavior had hurt others and damaged his own reputation. His best friend, who had always covered for him, finally told him, “You’re better than this, Jide. But you need to change.”
Jide decided to turn things around. He apologized to those he’d hurt, started attending classes regularly, and joined a group that helped new students adjust to school life. Over time, he earned back the trust of his teachers and peers.
His story became a reminder that bad behavior might bring short-term thrill, but change and responsibility bring lasting respect.
